There is no call-out charge. Prices are confirmed when booking and reconfirmed before work is carried out.

Work is carried out on an hourly rate, with a minimum charge of one hour and a reduced rate for each hour thereafter.

Where possible, the expected length of time and approximate cost will be explained within the first hour unless a quotation has already been provided.

Maintenance work exceeding four hours is subject to a price cap, excluding materials.

Materials supplied by Facelifts Maintenance are charged at trade price plus a 20% mark-up and are subject to VAT.

Invoices show the work carried out, start and finish times, labour and materials.

Insurance reports are charged at £100 plus VAT.

Payment is due in full by card, instant bank transfer or cash when the invoice is received.
